A note to all of you out there, we paused billing for Patreon in April, because we know a lot of you are facing hard times during the pandemic. We’re still making premium content and surprises over there, just for you, because we want you feel loved. Payments resume on May 1. Does this mean if you sign up in April you won’t be billed? I believe so, but we’d hope you would stick around with us.

One way you can support the show during this time is to review us on Podchaser, share us with your friends, and stay healthy.

Pandemic Solidarity: No billing for April

Things are looking tough out there, right now. Friends are losing jobs, we’re all being told to stay inside, and while we aren’t nearly as successful as some larger podcasts, we care about all of you. With that in mind, we’ll suspend billing on our existing patrons on April 1 for that month. If paying for our podcast makes things a little tough for you while factoring in food, gas, or other things you and your family need in April, we’d just as soon not have you worry about us over here.

This decision was based on the fact that our indie podcast community supports one another, and that includes our listeners. We also want to stress that there are people out there who may not choose to suspend their Patreon or crowdfunding efforts because they rely on it.

Don’t give them grief for that decision.

Our choice to take a month off from charging people  isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” maxim. Support the people who need it. Especially if it’s you.

What does this mean for the podcast?

We’re still creating over here. Witchever Path will still be coming out, and there will even be Patreon-exclusive content during this month-long suspension. But in addition to the gratitude we have for you, we’re also trying to show you the love you deserve. Keep listening, and review us on Podchaser, or wherever you listen to us.

Stay well,

Steven and Jas

In the middle of the pandemic, more of us

We’re busy as heck right now, working from home and homeschooling the kids until April(!), but we’re going to get you content!

  • The vote for Chosen is still open.

  • Sending out the script for the next premium episode.

  • Mailing out stuff to Amanda this week!

  • Creating a stream idea for fun while we’re all stuck inside.

  • More behind the scenes stuff for you.

We hope you’re good, and feel free to comment below to let us know what else you’d like to see or hear!

Chosen Part Three

When you heard us last, Rommel gave an interview to a true crime podcaster about his release from prison, Hector and Hagbard reflected on the night their band, Illusory Redemption started on the road to ruin, and Mira’s Lyft Accessible Driver turned out to be the night watchman who two decades ago terrified her friends into finishing a ritual in exchange for letting them go. Shocked by his appearance, she was unsure what to do.  Luckily she had you.

We attempted to schedule this for a midnight release, but the new episode is out now! Listen to it today and vote at WitcheverPath.com/vote
